This piston is made in the USA from a high quality forging as are all pistons manufactured by Combustion Technologies.  This piston is a direct replacement for LW75413.  View Lycoming Service Instruction 1037K for Installation Eligibility.  This piston is made from a forging - this is why anodizing in the ring groove area is not necessary.  The OEM part is made from a casting which requires the anodizing.
